Our fully private 90 sqm holiday home is nestled in a picturesque mountain landscape and offers the perfect base (“basecamp”) for your adventures all year round. In winter, top ski resorts in Lombardy are located right on your doorstep, while summer invites you to go hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, and enjoy relaxing moments outdoors.

The accommodation features two cosy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open-plan living and dining area. The compact bathroom with natural light is functional and well designed. Modern amenities such as fast Wi-Fi and a convenient ski and bike storage room create the ideal balance between traditional mountain lodge atmosphere and contemporary living comfort for your Alpine holiday.

Experience the cosy atmosphere of our holiday home in Valmalenco. The open-plan living area impresses with its authentic Alpine style, featuring warm wood panelling and characteristic exposed ceiling beams. In the fully equipped country-style kitchen with a high-quality natural stone worktop, you will find everything you need for self-catering.
The bright dining area by the window provides the perfect setting for shared meals with a view outside. Adjacent to this, the living area invites you to relax, while large glass doors flood the space with natural light and lead out onto the balcony. Here, traditional charm blends seamlessly with modern living comfort, creating an unforgettable holiday experience in Lombardy.

Your personal retreat is the spacious main bedroom, characterised by warm wood panelling and exposed beams. A high-quality solid wood double bed promises deep and restful sleep after your days exploring Valmalenco.
In addition, a cosy wicker sofa invites you to unwind, read a book or end the day watching the flat-screen TV. The large mirrored wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your luggage. In this comfortable ambience, you will find the peace and quiet needed to start the next day of your holiday feeling refreshed.

Feel the special magic of the mountains in our cosy attic bedroom. This room is a true Alpine nest, fully clad in fragrant wood. The charming sloping ceilings and slightly lower room height create a unique sense of warmth and security – perfect for snuggling up after a day outdoors.
With a comfortable double bed and an additional single bed, the room offers flexible sleeping arrangements for up to three guests. Custom-built wardrobes make clever use of the available space, ensuring ample room for your luggage despite the traditional architecture.

Compact bathroom with natural light:
Small but fully equipped

The bathroom is tiled in bright colours and, with its wooden ceiling, fits perfectly into the Alpine style of the house.

Please note when booking that this room is intentionally compact, measuring just under 7 sqm.

Nevertheless, the facilities are complete and functional, including a bathtub with shower option, toilet, bidet and washbasin. A window provides natural light and fresh air.

Winter magic & ski touring right from your doorstep
For winter sports enthusiasts, the location is a dream: put on your skis and start your ski tour directly from the house into untouched nature. The nearby Valmalenco Bernina ski area also offers perfectly groomed slopes and the famous Snow Eagle cable car.

Summer activities: hiking, mountain biking & paragliding
In summer, the valley transforms into a paradise for outdoor lovers:

Hiking & mountaineering: countless trails ranging from leisurely walks to challenging summit tours.
Mountain biking: varied trails through forests and alpine meadows, suitable for beginners and experienced riders alike.
